Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 1 oz. Bourbon
  • 0.30 oz. Lemon juice
  • 0.30 oz. ginger liqueur
  • 0.50 oz. sugar syrup
  • 0.50 oz. red wine (shiraz preferred)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except red wine in a shaker.
  2. Shake well and strain the mixture into a tall glass.
  3. Gently float the red wine on top of the drink.
  4. Top off with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
  5. Enjoy your drink.
