Ingredients

  • 1 Bio-Limette
  • 2 tbsp raw cane sugar
  • 2 oz Pitu (Brazilian sugarcane spirit)
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Wash the Bio-Limette and cut it into eight pieces.
  2. Place the raw cane sugar and Bio-Limette pieces in a glass and muddle them together.
  3. Add the Pitu to the glass.
  4. Fill the glass with crushed ice and, if desired, a splash of mineral water.
  5. Stir the ingredients, and serve.
