Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp red and green sprinkles (for the rim)
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (can substitute with honey or agave for the rim)
- 1/3 cup Vanilla Silk Oat Milk Creamer (or any vanilla dairy-free creamer)
- 1 1/2 oz rum (can use clear or dark rum)
- 1/4 oz Benedictine
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
Instructions
- Place the sprinkles on a small plate and spread the maple syrup on a separate plate.
- Dip the martini glass upside down in the maple syrup to coat the rim, then dip it into the sprinkles, making circular motions to fully coat the rim.
- Allow the rim to set while you prepare the cocktail.
- Fill a shaker with ice and add the oat milk creamer, rum, Benedictine, and almond extract.
- Shake well for about 20 seconds until frothy.
