Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp red and green sprinkles (for the rim)
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (can substitute with honey or agave for the rim)
  • 1/3 cup Vanilla Silk Oat Milk Creamer (or any vanilla dairy-free creamer)
  • 1 1/2 oz rum (can use clear or dark rum)
  • 1/4 oz Benedictine
  • 1/8 tsp almond extract

Instructions

  1. Place the sprinkles on a small plate and spread the maple syrup on a separate plate.
  2. Dip the martini glass upside down in the maple syrup to coat the rim, then dip it into the sprinkles, making circular motions to fully coat the rim.
  3. Allow the rim to set while you prepare the cocktail.
  4. Fill a shaker with ice and add the oat milk creamer, rum, Benedictine, and almond extract.
  5. Shake well for about 20 seconds until frothy.
  6. Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass and enjoy your Sugar Sprinkle Delight!
