Ingredients
- 0.50 fl oz chilled espresso
- 4 fl oz champagne
- 0.50 fl oz plum brandy
- 1 sugar cube
- Purple sanding sugar

- Moisten the edges of a champagne flute with water, then rim with purple sanding sugar and set aside.
- In another glass or pitcher, mix the brandy and espresso together.
- Add a sugar cube to the prepared champagne flute.
- Pour the brandy mixture into the flute, dividing it evenly.
- Slowly pour the champagne into the flute, dividing it equally and being careful as it may fizz up.
