Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon buttercream (for glass rim)
  • Sprinkles (for glass rim)
  • 2 ounces vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 ounce heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Use an offset spatula to spread a layer of buttercream around the rim of a glass.
  2. Roll the rim in sprinkles.
  3. Add ice to the glass, filling it almost to the top. Set aside.
  4. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add vanilla vodka, Baileys, and heavy cream.
  5. Shake vigorously until frothy.
  6. Strain the vodka mixture over ice.
  7. Serve immediately.
