Ingredients

  • 1 oz fresh organic strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp caster sugar
  • Dash of Bullarto Strawberry Gin
  • 1/4 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz Organic Potato Vodka
  • Soda water
  • Mint leaves
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Reserve one strawberry and a few mint leaves for garnish.
  2. In a bowl, crush the remaining strawberries with the sugar, lime juice, and Bullarto Strawberry Gin.
  3. Add the Organic Potato Vodka and strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
