Ingredients

  • 3 organic strawberries (medium size)
  • 1/2 tbsp wild honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 oz Riondo Prosecco

Instructions

  1. Slice one strawberry and set it aside for garnish.
  2. Halve the remaining strawberries and place them in a food processor with the vanilla and honey. Blend until smooth and refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Spoon a couple of tablespoons of the strawberry puree into a glass.
  4. Slowly pour the Prosecco over the puree.
  5. Garnish with the sliced strawberry.
