Ingredients

  • 1.70oz rhubarb gin (Warner's brand recommended)
  • 0.85oz triple sec (orange liqueur, such as Cointreau)
  • 0.67oz Stone's ginger wine
  • 0.67oz lemon juice
  • Ice
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • 1 edible flower (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine rhubarb gin, triple sec, ginger wine, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker or mixing glass.
  2. Add ice, stir well, and strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and, if desired, an unsprayed edible spring flower.
