Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 5 oz raspberries
- 2 tablespoons gin
- 1 egg white
- prosecco
Instructions
- Create a simple sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar together, then allowing it to cool.
- In a pan, combine most of the raspberries with the sugar syrup, simmer for 10 minutes, then crush and strain the mixture.
- Chill the raspberry syrup in the refrigerator.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 4 tablespoons of raspberry syrup, 4 tablespoons of gin, and the egg white, then shake until foamy.
- Pour the mixture into a champagne glass and top it off with prosecco.
