Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons black sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Blue Curaçao
  • 1 tablespoon Cointreau
  • 1 tablespoon Tequila

Instructions

  1. Spread the black sugar on a plate and pour the lemon juice into a separate dish.
  2. Dip the rim of a champagne glass into the lemon juice and then into the black sugar. Place the glass in the refrigerator.
  3. Add a handful of ice cubes to a shaker.
  4. Pour the Blue Curaçao, Tequila, and Cointreau into the shaker.
  5. Shake the ingredients for 30 seconds.
  6. Use a sieve or strainer to pour the cocktail (without ice) into the prepared glass.
  7. Serve immediately.
