Ingredients

  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 3 oz club soda, divided
  • 2 oz Flor de Caña 7-Year-Old Grand Reserve rum
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 1 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 oz apple juice
  • Garnish: apple slices
  • Garnish: cinnamon stick
  • Garnish: pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, muddle the sugar cube, cloves, and 1 ounce of soda until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and ice, then stir until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a punch cup.
  4. Top with the remaining 2 ounces of club soda.
  5. Garnish with apple slices, pumpkin seeds, and a cinnamon stick.
