Spicy Jalapeño Paloma

Ingredients

  • 2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 2-3 oz grapefruit soda (like Fresca)
  • Fresh sliced jalapeño
  • 1 slice of grapefruit for garnish
  • 1 tsp fresh ground Himalayan salt mixed with a pinch of cayenne pepper for glass rim

Instructions

  1. Swipe the rim or side of a tall glass with a grapefruit slice.
  2. Dip the glass in the salt and pepper mix.
  3. Add ice to the glass.
  4. Pour in the tequila and fresh grapefruit juice.
  5. Add desired amount of jalapeño slices.
  6. Top with grapefruit soda.
  7. Gently stir with a long spoon.
