Spicy Jalapeño Paloma

Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
- 2-3 oz grapefruit soda (like Fresca)
- Fresh sliced jalapeño
- 1 slice of grapefruit for garnish
- 1 tsp fresh ground Himalayan salt mixed with a pinch of cayenne pepper for glass rim
Instructions
- Swipe the rim or side of a tall glass with a grapefruit slice.
- Dip the glass in the salt and pepper mix.
- Add ice to the glass.
- Pour in the tequila and fresh grapefruit juice.
- Add desired amount of jalapeño slices.
- Top with grapefruit soda.
- Gently stir with a long spoon.
