Spiced Winter Wreath Punch

Spiced Winter Wreath Punch
A festive bourbon punch with layers of spices and bitters, perfect for celebrating the holiday season.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Basil Hayden's Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz Black Tea
- 2 oz fresh Apple Juice or Apple Cider
- 1.30 oz fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.60 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
- 1/8 oz Angostura Bitters
- 4 oz Club Soda
- 1 Ice Block
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 3 Apple Slices
- freshly grated Cinnamon and Nutmeg, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the ice block by filling a 4-ounce square plastic container with water, two apple slices, and one cinnamon stick, then place in the freezer.
- In a punch bowl, mix together the bourbon, sweet vermouth, black tea, apple juice, lemon juice, Demerara syrup, and Angostura bitters.
- Top the mixture with club soda.
- Carefully place the pre-made ice block into the punch bowl.
- Garnish with the remaining apple slices and freshly-grated cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Serve and enjoy! Serves 1.
