Ingredients
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar or 1 ounce piloncillo/panela
- 1 cinnamon stick
- A pinch of cloves
- A pinch of star anise
- A pinch of allspice berries
- 1 strip of orange peel
- 2/3 cup blood orange juice
- 1.50 oz rum or aguardiente
