Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 4 oz. spiced rum (such as Captain Morgan's)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
  • 1/4 cup apple kombucha
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • Apple slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 1/2 cup apple cider, 4 oz. spiced rum, and 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
  2. Shake the mixture for approximately 30 seconds until chilled.
  3. Pour the mixture over large ice cubes into two rocks glasses.
  4. Repeat the process with the remaining apple cider, rum, and lemon juice.
  5. Add 1/4 cup apple kombucha to each glass.
  6. Garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick and optional apple slices.
