Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1/4 cup packed mint leaves, plus small sprigs for garnish
- 3 tablespoons packed basil leaves, plus small sprigs for garnish
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced English cucumber, plus 2 spears for garnish
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon yuzu juice
- 1/4 cup chilled vodka
- 1/2 cup chilled sparkling water
