- 1 liter mineral water
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
Instructions
- Cut the pineapple skin into pieces and place it in a large jar.
- Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves to the jar.
- Pour in the mineral water and seal the jar tightly.
- Shake the jar lightly to mix the ingredients and leave it at room temperature.
- Shake the jar 3 times a day for 4 to 5 days until a layer of foam forms on top, indicating fermentation.
