Ingredients

  • 1/2 organic whole pineapple
  • 1 liter mineral water
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves

Instructions

  1. Cut the pineapple skin into pieces and place it in a large jar.
  2. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves to the jar.
  3. Pour in the mineral water and seal the jar tightly.
  4. Shake the jar lightly to mix the ingredients and leave it at room temperature.
  5. Shake the jar 3 times a day for 4 to 5 days until a layer of foam forms on top, indicating fermentation.
  6. Filter the drink into a sealable bottle and leave it at room temperature for 12 hours to achieve a sparkling effect.
