Ingredients

  • 6 oz. white wine, chilled (savignon blanc or pinot grigio)
  • 2 oz. sparkling peach water, chilled (or plain club soda)
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp simply peach juice, chilled
  • peach slices, lemon slices, and mint leaves for garnish
  • ice

Instructions

  1. In a glass, add ice.
  2. Pour the chilled white wine over the ice.
  3. Add the sparkling peach water and simply peach juice to the glass.
  4. Squeeze the fresh lemon juice into the glass.
  5. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
  6. Garnish with peach slices, lemon slices, and mint leaves.
  7. Serve cold and enjoy!
