Ingredients

  • 6 oz. red wine
  • Juice of 1/2 orange
  • 1/2 peach, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 inch cinnamon stick
  • Peel of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl or tall jug, pour the red wine and add the sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Squeeze the juice of half an orange into the mix and stir well.
  3. Add the sliced peach to the mixture and continue stirring. Also, add the cinnamon stick and lemon peel.
  4. Place the jug in the refrigerator and remove only when serving.
