Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Champagne or Prosecco
  • 2 tbsp gin
  • 2 tbsp vodka
  • 1 orange
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. If using fresh orange juice, squeeze the oranges to obtain the required amount of juice. Strain the juice if necessary and set aside.
  2. Slice one orange and cut the slices into triangles. Place most of the triangles into a large pitcher.
  3. Prepare the serving glass by adding ice cubes and a few orange triangles to it.
  4. Fill the pitcher with ice cubes until it is nearly half full, then pour in the orange juice.
  5. Add the vodka and gin to the pitcher, and stir thoroughly.
  6. Open the Champagne or Prosecco bottle and pour approximately 1/4 cup into the pitcher. Gently stir all the ingredients together.
  7. Optionally, pour the drink into the glass, leaving some space at the top, and top it up with more Champagne or Prosecco if desired.
