Ingredients
- 1 ripe peach
- 4 basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 2 oz. moonshine
- 4 oz. sparkling water
- 3 oz. Champagne
- Ice
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, muddle the ripe peach, basil leaves, and confectioners' sugar with a muddler or the back of a spoon.
- Add ice to the mixing glass.
- Pour in the lime juice and moonshine, then stir well.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top off with sparkling water and Champagne.
- Garnish with a basil leaf and serve immediately.
