  • 2 oz sotol
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz agave syrup (2:1, agave nectar:water)
  • 4-5 drops habanero-infused vodka
  • 1 small pinch cilantro

Instructions

  1. Combine sotol, lemon juice, pineapple juice, agave syrup, habanero-infused vodka, and cilantro in a mixing tin.
  2. Shake the ingredients with ice.
  3. Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
