Ingredients

  • 1.50 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Monin cane sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Handful of ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add medium dry sherry, lemon juice, Monin cane sugar syrup, egg white, and ice cubes to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously until cold.
  3. Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
