Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Courvoisier® VSOP Cognac
  • 1/2 oz DeKuyper® Triple Sec Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3 oz Soda Water
  • Garnish: Lemon Wheel, Raspberries

Instructions

  1. Combine Courvoisier® VSOP Cognac, DeKuyper® Triple Sec Liqueur, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake the mixture until well chilled.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel or raspberries.
