Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 2-3 wood chips
  • Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth in a cream whipper.
  2. Light the wood chips until smoldering and carefully drop them into the whipper.
  3. Seal the whipper, add the N2O cartridge, and shake before letting it sit for a minute.
  4. Release the pressure, unscrew the lid, and strain out the wood chips.
  5. Chill a glass and measure out three ounces of the liquid into an ice-filled mixing glass.
  6. Stir until well chilled and strain into the chilled glass.
  7. Garnish with an orange twist and serve.
