Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 2-3 wood chips
- Orange twist, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth in a cream whipper.
- Light the wood chips until smoldering and carefully drop them into the whipper.
- Seal the whipper, add the N2O cartridge, and shake before letting it sit for a minute.
- Release the pressure, unscrew the lid, and strain out the wood chips.
- Chill a glass and measure out three ounces of the liquid into an ice-filled mixing glass.
- Stir until well chilled and strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist and serve.
