Ingredients

  • 1 oz Northern Keep Vodka
  • 0.25 oz Islay Peated Scotch (Laphroaig used here)
  • 1.25 oz Pear Nectar
  • 0.50 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz Honey Syrup (*)
  • 4 Thyme Leaves (Slightly Smoked)

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Add vodka, peated scotch, pear nectar, lemon juice, smoked thyme leaves, and honey syrup.
  3. Stir the ingredients well.
  4. Strain the punch into a separate pitcher and refrigerate it (covered) until ready to serve.
  5. When serving, pour the punch over fresh ice and garnish with a sprig of slightly smoked thyme.
