Smoky Thyme Pear Punch
A delightful and refreshing punch with pear nectar, lemon juice, and a hint of smoky thyme.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Northern Keep Vodka
- 0.25 oz Islay Peated Scotch (Laphroaig used here)
- 1.25 oz Pear Nectar
- 0.50 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Honey Syrup (*)
- 4 Thyme Leaves (Slightly Smoked)
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add vodka, peated scotch, pear nectar, lemon juice, smoked thyme leaves, and honey syrup.
- Stir the ingredients well.
- Strain the punch into a separate pitcher and refrigerate it (covered) until ready to serve.
- When serving, pour the punch over fresh ice and garnish with a sprig of slightly smoked thyme.
