A sweet, tart, and smoky cocktail with peach-infused bourbon, peach-watermelon puree, lemon juice, simple syrup, peach bitters, and a hint of mezcal, topped with a raspberry popsicle and mint sprig.
Ingredients
- 2 oz peach-infused bourbon
- 2 oz peach-watermelon puree
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 3 dashes peach bitters
- 1/4 to 1/2 oz lightly smoked mezcal (optional)
- Garnish: raspberry popsicle and mint sprig
Instructions
- In a shaking tin, combine the peach-infused bourbon, peach-watermelon puree, lemon juice, simple syrup, peach bitters, and mezcal.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
