Smoky Ginger Penicillin

This cocktail, originally created in 2005 by Sam Ross in NYC, has quickly become a bartender favorite due to its sweet-sour balance and the use of two different Scotch's! The smokier the single malt in this drink, the better. This unique blend of Scotch whisky, lemon juice, runny honey, and ginger syrup creates a well-balanced and flavorful cocktail, topped off with a smoky single malt and a slice of fresh ginger.
