Ingredients

  • 4.60 oz strawberries
  • 1.70 oz Bacardi
  • 0.50 lime (juice of half a lime and the other half sliced for garnish)
  • 8.50 oz sugar-free strawberry flavored water
  • Diet pink lemonade

Instructions

  1. Remove the green leaves from the strawberries and discard. Place the strawberries in a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Transfer the blended strawberries to a container suitable for freezing.
  3. Stir in the Bacardi, lime juice, and strawberry flavored water.
  4. Freeze the mixture for 2 hours.
  5. Remove from the freezer and use a fork to break up the ice, creating a slushy texture.
  6. Divide the slush equally between two martini glasses and top up with the diet pink lemonade.
