Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 4.50 ounces fresh pink grapefruit juice (from 3/4 large grapefruit), spent skin reserved
  • 1/2 teaspoon dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sriracha

Instructions

  1. Moisten the rim of a coupe glass by running the squeezed grapefruit skin around the rim.
