Ingredients
- 1 sugar cube
- 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 2 ounces rye whiskey
- 1/4 ounce absinthe or anise liqueur
- Garnish: lemon twist
Instructions
- Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice to chill.
- In a mixing glass, muddle the sugar cube with the bitters to dissolve it.
