Ingredients
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 2 oz half and half
- 2 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon Torani Salted Caramel syrup
- 1 oz whiskey or vodka (optional)
- Mini marshmallows, chocolate syrup, and caramel syrup for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, warm the whole milk over low heat.
