Sakura Sunset Spritz
An elegant cocktail with floral and plum notes, the Sakura Sunset Spritz is a delightful blend of gin, Lillet Rosé, Choya Umeshu, and a hint of bitters and absinthe.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. gin (Suntory Roku)
- 1 oz. Lillet Rosé
- 1/2 oz. Choya Umeshu
- 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 dash absinthe
- Ice
- 1 grapefruit peel, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add gin, Lillet Rosé, Choya Umeshu, Peychaud's Bitters, and absinthe to the mixing glass.
- Stir the ingredients until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
- Express the grapefruit peel over the drink to release its oils, then discard the peel.
- Serve and enjoy!
