Ingredients
- 2 ounces sage-infused tequila
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce triple sec or Cointreau
- 1/2 ounce Agave in the Raw
- 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt or cocktail salt
- 1 sprig sage, for garnish
- Ice
Instructions
- Infuse the tequila by combining sage leaves and tequila in an air-tight container for at least 24 hours, up to 3 days.
- For a salt rim, rub a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass, then dip the glass rim in salt and coat it well.
- Fill the rimmed glass with ice.
- In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine the infused tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave nectar. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
