Ingredients
- 2 ounces sage-infused tequila
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce triple sec or Cointreau
- 1/2 ounce Agave in the Raw
- 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt or cocktail salt
- 1 sprig sage, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the sage leaves and tequila in an airtight container and let it steep for at least 24 hours and up to 3 days.
- If desired, prepare a salt rim on a rocks glass by rubbing the rim with a lime wedge and dipping it in the salt.
- Fill the rimmed glass with ice.
- In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine the infused tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave nectar.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture into the ice-filled glass.
