Ingredients

  • Chocolate syrup
  • 1 Graham cracker
  • 2 oz chocolate liqueur
  • 1 oz crème de cacao
  • 1 oz whipped cream flavored vodka
  • 1 large marshmallow (toasted, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In two shallow dishes, pour chocolate syrup in a circular pattern in one dish and add the crushed graham cracker crumbs to the other.
  2. Swirl the rim of a chilled martini glass in the chocolate syrup and dredge in graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Fill a martini shaker with ice and add chocolate liqueur, crème de cacao, and vodka.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until chilled.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and garnish with a toasted marshmallow.
