Ingredients

  • 1 extra-large Egg Yolk
  • 2 tbsp Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 strip of Lemon Peel
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • A Pinch of Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Aged Rum

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, simmer the milk with the cinnamon stick, nutmeg, and lemon peel on medium heat for 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  2. Beat the egg yolk in a medium bowl using an electric mixer until fluffy and pale yellow.
