Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup strong hot coffee
  • 2 tbsp dark rum
  • 2 cubes turbinado sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the cream until soft, fluffy peaks form, about 2 minutes. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Prepare a cup of strong hot coffee.
  3. Gently warm the rum in a small saucepan over low heat until it simmers, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Place two sugar cubes in the mug, pour in the coffee and rum while hot, and stir to dissolve the sugar.
  5. Top the drink with whipped cream and serve immediately.
