Ingredients
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup strong hot coffee
- 2 tbsp dark rum
- 2 cubes turbinado sugar
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the cream until soft, fluffy peaks form, about 2 minutes. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Prepare a cup of strong hot coffee.
- Gently warm the rum in a small saucepan over low heat until it simmers, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Place two sugar cubes in the mug, pour in the coffee and rum while hot, and stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Top the drink with whipped cream and serve immediately.
