Ingredients

  • Water, for making ice cubes
  • Pomegranate seeds (arils)
  • 2 oz brewed, chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea
  • 1 oz dry gin
  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • 0.50 oz Aperol
  • 3 drops rose water
  • Fentimans Rose Lemonade or other sparkling lemonade

Instructions

  1. Prepare pomegranate ice cubes by filling an ice cube tray with water and dropping several pomegranate seeds into each well. Freeze until solid.
  2. In a chilled mixing glass, stir together the brewed, chilled rose hip-hibiscus tea, dry gin, dry vermouth, Aperol, and rose water.
  3. Fill a Collins glass two-thirds full with the pomegranate ice cubes.
  4. Pour the mixture over the ice in the Collins glass.
  5. Top with Fentimans Rose Lemonade or other sparkling lemonade.
