Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup dry rosé wine
  • 4 large strawberries, halved
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

  1. Pour 1/3 cup of the rosé wine into a glass measuring cup and set aside.
  2. Remove the tops of the strawberries and cut them in half.
  3. In a blender, combine the remaining rosé, strawberries, and honey until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture into a covered baking dish.
  5. Freeze the mixture for at least 6 hours or overnight.
