Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Cuervo Tradicional(r) Reposado Tequila
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream (Combine 2 parts Coco Lopez with 1 part Coconut water. Shake to combine)
  • 0.50 oz Coffee Ground Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Whole Egg (or substitute with Egg White)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker.
  2. Shake the shaker without ice first.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake again for another 30 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a small wine glass or coupe.
  5. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
