Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 1 1/2 oz rhubarb syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Scant 1/2 tsp rose water
  • Ice
  • Sea salt or margarita salt (optional garnish)
  • Lemon wheel (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the tequila, rhubarb syrup, lemon juice, and rose water.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass, rimmed with salt if desired.
  5. Garnish with a lime or lemon wheel.
