Revolver's Flame
A modern take on the Manhattan, the Revolver's Flame cocktail features bourbon, coffee liqueur, and a flamed orange peel for a sophisticated and flavorful experience.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Coffee liqueur
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
- 1 piece orange peel (about 1 inch in diameter)
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, combine the bourbon, coffee liqueur, and orange bitters.
- Add ice and stir until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
- To flame the orange peel, hold it colored side down about two inches above a lit match. Twist and squeeze the peel sharply over the flame to ignite the oils as they spray toward the drink.
- Discard the orange peel and enjoy your Revolver's Flame cocktail with your favorite wild west movie.
