Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Rye Whiskey
  • 0.50 oz Raspberry Liqueur
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.50 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Egg Whites
  • 2 oz Soda Water
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Instructions

  1. In a shaker tin, combine rye whiskey, raspberry liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg whites. Dry shake the mixture.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
  3. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled halfway with ice.
  4. Top the cocktail with soda water.
  5. Add three dashes of bitters to the top of the cocktail and garnish with a lemon peel.
