Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Fresh Raspberries (or frozen)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Raspberry Syrup
  • 1 cup Sparkling Wine (Prosecco or Champagne)

Instructions

  1. Create the raspberry puree by blending the raspberries and raspberry syrup in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds.
  3. Pour the strained raspberry puree into a champagne flute, as desired.
