Ingredients

  • 2.50 oz frozen sweetened raspberries, thawed
  • 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chilled prosecco
  • Mint leaves and fresh raspberries, optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the thawed raspberries in a blender and process until pureed.
  2. Strain the raspberry puree through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl to remove the seeds.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice and vanilla extract.
  4. Fill a champagne flute with 2 tablespoons of the raspberry mixture.
