Ingredients
- 2 oz frozen raspberries, defrosted
- 1/2 to 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 4-6 oz prosecco
- fresh raspberries, for garnish
Instructions
- Defrost the raspberries if not already done and chill the prosecco.
- Blend the raspberries until they are broken down, then strain the puree to remove the seeds.
- Mix in agave nectar to sweeten the raspberry puree, adjusting to taste.
- Chill the raspberry puree for at least 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, add the raspberry puree to a champagne glass, then pour prosecco over it.
- Gently mix the puree into the prosecco without disturbing the bubbles.
