Ingredients

  • 2 oz frozen raspberries, defrosted
  • 1/2 to 1 tbsp agave nectar
  • 4-6 oz prosecco
  • fresh raspberries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Defrost the raspberries if not already done and chill the prosecco.
  2. Blend the raspberries until they are broken down, then strain the puree to remove the seeds.
  3. Mix in agave nectar to sweeten the raspberry puree, adjusting to taste.
  4. Chill the raspberry puree for at least 2 hours.
  5. When ready to serve, add the raspberry puree to a champagne glass, then pour prosecco over it.
  6. Gently mix the puree into the prosecco without disturbing the bubbles.
  7. Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
