Ingredients

  • Honey, for rimming the shot glass
  • Cinnamon sugar or brown sugar, for rimming the shot glass
  • 2 tbsp canned pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 0.50 oz pumpkin pie vodka
  • Pinch of pumpkin pie spice
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Graham crackers, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim a shot glass with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or brown sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a small mixing glass, stir together canned pumpkin, sugar, pumpkin pie vodka, and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding water, if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into the rimmed shot glass.
  5. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with a bit more pumpkin pie spice.
  6. Garnish with a small piece of graham cracker.
