Ingredients

  • 2 oz unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1 oz dark spiced rum
  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
  • Ice
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine pumpkin, water, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until it reduces to about 1/2 cup.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a shallow bowl and chill in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes until significantly cooler.
  3. Once chilled, add the mixture to a cocktail shaker along with non-dairy milk, rum, vodka, and 3 ice cubes. Shake for 15 seconds.
  4. Wet the rim of a rocks glass or stemless wine glass with agave, then coat the edges with graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Add ice cubes to the glass and pour in the drink mixture. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!
