Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Dark Rum
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka, rum, pumpkin puree, heavy cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Shake the mixture vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Strain the contents into a martini glass.
  4. Prepare whipped cream and pipe it on top of the martini.
  5. For a floating whipped cream, freeze two scoops of whipped topping for 5-10 minutes before adding it to the glass.
